I get the sense that he'll move on and be a good defensive coordinator somewhere else, like Gregg Williams. Most importantly in that sentence is that he'll be "somewhere else" -- and not here, botching game management, setting up boring (three-play) drives and directing an incredibly frustrating-to-watch Bills team. Ralph has got to dip into his kids' inheritance (hey, it was passed on to him in the first place) and get an expensive coach if he wants a contender in the near future. Cowher would be tits, or bringing in Holmgren in a coach/GM position. Shit, I'd take Schottenheimer. There will be plenty of extra cash next year when T.O. is gone. And now, the miserable race for the #3 pick in the draft ...

I want Mangini in the AFC East so the JETS can get the easy wins this time.

there are alot of Variables and I think if the Bills Sign Vick, Dungy would more than likely take the helm, in that case I wont mind

I haven't heard anything to suggest that he has any interest in coaching again.

Yes I don't know where people are getting this idea that he'd coach again. He said he retired. He didn't give any sort of indication he'd ever want to coach again. Cowher said, "I just want a couple years off. I will coach again" Dungy said, "I'm retiring" Are people assuming since he said "Buffalo may get Vick next year." he was trying to subliminally say, "I want in Buffalo as head coach while Mike Vick comes with me and is the starting QB"? Come on...

According to WGR, the Bills are talking to Shanahan. That would be cool.
